I had the incredible honor of being featured on the Women in Motion Podcast, an inspiring platform dedicated to amplifying the voices of business leaders and helping them build relationships, serve their communities, and grow their businesses. From Pitching to Winning: My National Black Business Pitch Experience

The competition was fierce, but I walked away with more than just a win—I gained confidence, connections, and valuable feedback that will help propel AQUA to the next level. 

The Power of Mentorship: A Conversation with Lynn Reddrick 

One of the biggest takeaways from my journey has been the impact of mentorship. In this episode, I sat down with my pitch coach, Lynn Reddrick, who played a pivotal role in refining my pitch and strengthening my confidence on stage. Lynn is an Assistant Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where she leads the Supplier Diversity Program and Business Partners team—advocating for diverse businesses and ensuring fair opportunities in procurement. 

Having her guidance throughout my National Black Business Pitch journey was invaluable. She helped me craft a compelling narrative, refine my delivery, and truly own my story—because when you believe in yourself, others will too!
